Instructors

Elissa Van Poznak has been teaching Gyrotonic since 2003. She is also a licensed massage therapist with over 20 years experience, and a longtime yoga practitioner. She completed her Gyrokinesis Foundation and her Level 2 Advanced Gyrotonic training with it's creator Juliu Horvath. She loves how this system combines the best of yoga, core strengthening and breathwork and that anybody, any age can do it and feel more open and alive. Elissa is certified to train on all specialized Gyrotonic equipment.
