Gyrotonic machines support the principles of yoga, swimming and gymnastics and are designed to offer complete freedom of movement. It is fully adjustable to meet the needs of every body type and level of strength. The even constant resistance in the handle unit and pulley tower (through the triple reduction in the pulleys) completely eliminates the jarring in the beginning and end of a movement found in conventional exercise equipment, where most injuries occur.

All Gyrotonic session are on a one-on-one experience and a licensed Gyrotonic instructor will guide you through an exercise program that is suited to your needs. Semi private classes and group classes are also available.
