The Art of Relaxation and
Stress Relief with Gong Meditation

Do you feel overwhelmed by stress and anxiety? Do you feel as though your mind is running on high speed and you wish you could slow it down? Do you feel tired and drained and wish you had more energy to get through the day?
Although we can’t control what happens to us in life, the practice of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation offers us tools to calm the mind, redirect our emotions, and relax the body. These tools are available to everyone, regardless of age, physical ability, flexibility, or experience with yoga.
In this workshop we will explore the Art of Relaxation by connecting to the natural flow of our breath. Experience a variety of simple breathing techniques to increase mindfulness, calm the nervous system, increase energy, and focus and direct the mind. After a gentle and grounding kriya we will rest deeply with a guided relaxation and enjoy the healing vibrations of the gong. The sound of the gong is a powerful instrument to open and balance the chakras, enliven and integrate the aura, release blocks, reduce tension and rejuvenate the nervous system.
