Although we can’t control what happens to us in life, the practice of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation offers us tools to calm the mind, redirect our emotions, and relax the body. These tools are available to everyone, regardless of age, physical ability, flexibility, or experience with yoga.
In this workshop we will explore the Art of Relaxation by connecting to the natural flow of our breath. Experience a variety of simple breathing techniques to increase mindfulness, calm the nervous system, increase energy, and focus and direct the mind.
After a gentle and grounding kriya we will rest deeply with a guided relaxation and enjoy the healing vibrations of the gong. The sound of the gong is a powerful instrument to open and balance the chakras, enliven and integrate the aura, release blocks, reduce tension and rejuvenate the nervous system.

Ozzy Ball Workshop

Gyrotonic Archway Level 1

In this course, Gyrotonic ® Trainers learn to apply Gyrotonic ®
movement principles to exercises on the Archway.
Prerequisite: Gyrotonic ® Level 1 Trainer

To provide a foundational understanding of the Gyrokinesis level 1 exercises and prepare students physically for the Gyrokinesis Level 1 Foundation Course. During this course students focus on gaining experience, and developing a personal understanding of the exercises on the Gyrokinesis Level 1 Pre-Training Course exercise list.
An experienced Gyrokinesis student, with a basic understanding of the Gyrokinesis, level I class formats. Students should take a minimum of 10 or more Gyrokinesis classes with a certified Gyrokinesis Trainer prior to registering for this course.
Upon successful completion
Once students have successfully completed the Gyrokinesis Level I Pre-Training Course, they are qualified to proceed to the Gyrokinesis Level 1 Foundation Course.
